Establishing a CloudCME Account and Profile

Password Reset/Forgot Password

Single Sign-On Users (SSO/GatorLink Credentials)

To reset your password, visit the GatorLink management page and follow the Change your GatorLink Password instructions. If you have forgotten your password, follow the Forgot Password instructions.

Non-Single Sign-On Users (Non-SSO/Email and Password)

  1. Navigate to the Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education CloudCME portal.
  2. Click Sign In from the navigation menu in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
  3. Select Sign in with your Email and Password.
  4. Click the grey Forgot Your Password? button.
  5. Enter the email address associated with your account and click Reset Password.
    • If the email address entered exists in the system, you will receive a password reset link by email.
    • If you do NOT receive the password reset email, wait 3-5 minutes then check your spam folder. If you still do not receive the password reset email, do NOT create a new account. Instead, email our office at ahc-cesupport@ufl.edu. We will be able to verify the email address/username associated with your account and, if necessary, change the email address associated with your account.

Updating Your Pharmacist Licensure Information

The University of Florida College of Pharmacy Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education relies on information in CloudCME to transmit completion data to the Florida Board of Pharmacy (via CE Broker) and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (via CPE Monitor). All pharmacists must maintain their own licensure information and it is their responsibility to follow up with the Office of Continuing Education at the University of Florida if any CE credit discrepancies are found.

To update your licensure information, visit your CloudCME profile.

Florida Pharmacists

Florida pharmacists MUST select the following options for continuing pharmacy education credit to be reported:

  • Profession: Check the Pharmacist box (you may check additional options if applicable).
  • Credentials: Select NABP ePID# and enter your e-Profile ID. (How do I find my e-Profile ID? https://nabp.pharmacy/help/how-do-i-find-my-e-profile-id/).
  • State License(s): Select FL Pharmacist (PS) and enter your pharmacist license number. You MUST include the prefix “PS” when entering your license number (e.g., PS12345). Do NOT include any spaces.

Under Specialty and Subspecialty, check the box “I provide permission for my CPE completion data to be shared and transmitted to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), licensing board(s), and participating certifying boards”. This box must be checked for continuing pharmacy education credit to be reported.

Florida Consultant Pharmacists

Florida consultant pharmacists MUST select the following options for continuing pharmacy education credit to be reported:

  • Profession: Check the Consultant Pharmacist box.
  • Credentials: Select NABP ePID# and enter your e-Profile ID. (How do I find my e-Profile ID? https://nabp.pharmacy/help/how-do-i-find-my-e-profile-id/).
  • State License(s): Select FL Consultant (PU) and enter your consultant license number. You MUST include the prefix “PU” when entering your license number (e.g., PU1234). Do NOT include any spaces.

Under Specialty and Subspecialty, check the box “I provide permission for my CPE completion data to be shared and transmitted to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), licensing board(s), and participating certifying boards”. This box must be checked for continuing pharmacy education credit to be reported.

Pharmacists Licensed Outside of Florida

Pharmacists licensed outside the State of Florida MUST select the following options for continuing pharmacy education to be reported:

  • Profession: Check the Pharmacist box.
  • Credentials: Select NABP ePID# and enter your e-Profile ID. (How do I find my e-Profile ID? https://nabp.pharmacy/help/how-do-i-find-my-e-profile-id/).
  • State License(s): For pharmacists licensed outside the State of Florida, this section is optional. Note that the University of Florida Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education is unable to report continuing pharmacy education credit to CE Broker for pharmacists licensed outside the State of Florida.

Under Specialty and Subspecialty, check the box “I provide permission for my CPE completion data to be shared and transmitted to the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), licensing board(s), and participating certifying boards”. This box must be checked for continuing pharmacy education credit to be reported.


Claiming Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit – Live Activities


Discount Codes

The University of Florida Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education is pleased to offer individual discounts and group discounts to eligible participants, including preceptors/career coaches, faculty, and teams or organizations. Please contact us at ahc-cesupport@ufl.edu to confirm eligibility and receive your discount code.

To apply your discount code during registration, enter it in the text box presented below the registration type. Click the ‘Submit Code’ button to validate your code and reduce your registration fee. When your code has been validated you will see a red message telling you that the code has been applied. If you do not see your total update, click the green ‘Submit Code’ button again.

Preceptors/Career Coaches

Preceptors and Career Coaches affiliated with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy are eligible to receive a 15% discount on all courses* offered by the Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education.

Special pricing is available for the following programs:

  • Initial Consultant Pharmacist Certification (50% OFF)

*Exclusions apply (programs offered in partnership with the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) are not eligible for discounts). Cannot be combined with special pricing.

Faculty

Faculty of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy are eligible to receive a 25% discount on all courses* offered by the Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education.

Special pricing is available for the following programs:

  • Initial Consultant Pharmacist Certification (50% OFF)
  • Preventing Medication Errors (FREE)
  • Validation and Prescription of Controlled Substances (FREE)
  • Test and Treat Recertification (FREE)
  • Collaborative Practice Agreement Recertification: Enhancing Patient Care through Interprofessional Collaboration (FREE)

*Exclusions apply (programs offered in partnership with the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) are not eligible for discounts). Cannot be combined with special pricing.

Destiny One Users

Learners who are currently enrolled in continuing pharmacy education courses through Destiny One (using the Canvas learning management system) may continue to complete courses uninterrupted up until the date of enrollment expiration (as shown on the Confirmation of Acceptance and Registration email). Please note that expired courses may not be eligible for extension and learners may be required to reenroll using the CloudCME system.
