Regularly Scheduled Series Guidance (Presenters & Attendees) – CloudCME

As of August 20th, 2025, the University of Florida Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education has begun transitioning all Regularly Scheduled Series from Form Assembly to the CloudCME® enrollment and learning management system. With this transition, all coordinators, speakers, attendees, and advisors must create a CloudCME account and profile.

Disclosure forms, curriculum vitae, presentation release forms (NEW), and presentation slides will be submitted through the user’s CloudCME account.

Attendance and activity evaluations will be submitted via SMS Text messaging or the CloudCME mobile app.

Please follow the instructions below to get started. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our office.

Establishing a CloudCME Account and Profile

All coordinators, speakers, attendees, and advisors must create a CloudCME account and profile. Faculty at the University of Florida must select the single sign on (SSO) option when creating a CloudCME account. Alumni or others who do not actively use their GatorLink account have the option to select the non-SSO option, “Sign in with your Email and Password”, to create an account using an external email address (such as Gmail or Yahoo). Please select the appropriate instruction guide below:

Uploading Your Presentation Files

Prerequisite: You must have an active profile in CloudCME. See the Establishing a CloudCME Account and Profile section above.

The following materials must be uploaded to CloudCME 72 hours prior to your presentation time (if you need additional time to submit your materials, please contact our office):

Curriculum Vitae (Submitted through CloudCME as a PDF)
  • Upload your current curriculum vitae as a PDF.
  • Your curriculum vitae can be updated and reuploaded at any time.
Disclosure Form (Electronic – Completed within CloudCME)
  • Individuals who have the ability to influence and/or control the content of an ACPE accredited activity must disclose all financial relationships with all companies – whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients – over the past 24 months.
  • You can update the financial relationships listed on your disclosure form at any time.
  • If any financial relationships are listed, our office will complete a conflict mitigation process. You will be notified if any additional tasks, such as a peer review, are required.
Presentation Release Form (Electronic – Completed within CloudCME)
  • This release authorizes the University of Florida Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education to repurpose your presentation as enduring continuing pharmacy education material.
  • As a presenter, you have the option to authorize the release of your presentation OR opt out. Opting out will NOT affect the accreditation of your presentation.
  • For dates that have multiple presenters who are presenting the same content/presentation, all presenters must authorize the release of the presentation for the release to be executed.
  • Should the release be executed, you will retain all rights you may otherwise hold in copyrighted materials included in your presentation and/or incorporated into the recordings.
  • Presenters whose content is repurposed will receive an additional 1.0 hour of continuing pharmacy education credit (reported to their NABP e-PID and Florida pharmacist (PS) license).
Presentation Slides (Submitted through CloudCME as a PowerPoint file)
  • Upload your presentation slides as a PowerPoint file. You will have the ability to revise and reupload your slides as necessary prior to your presentation date and time.
  • Our office will review your slides for and verify the necessary accreditation information is present. If any revisions are required, you will be notified by email.

Tasks: Submission of the required materials listed above will be completed through the Faculty section of your CloudCME account. Each requested upload will be assigned as a “Task”. Tasks will be assigned to you at least 1 week prior to your presentation. To view your assigned tasks, log in to your CloudCME account and click the Faculty tab located on the site banner.

There are 3 different types of tasks:

  • Global Tasks
    • Global tasks are tasks that apply to all activities. These tasks can be completed at any time but must be completed prior to your first presentation. Note that items associated with these tasks will expire (1 year from the date of upload) and an expiration date will be show.
    • These tasks include upload of your curriculum vitae and completion of the disclosure form.
    • Global Tasks
  • Activity Tasks
    • Activity tasks are tasks that apply to specific activities. These tasks will have a due date, which will be prior to the activity start date.
    • This task includes completion of the presentation release form.
    • An example of how global tasks look on the CloudCME profile. Upload buttons are displayed in one column and due dates are displayed in another.
  • Upcoming Presentations
    • The Upcoming presentations tab will show the presentation name, date, and time for any presentation that you have been assigned to as a presenter. This is the area where you will upload your presentation file. Your presentation must be uploaded as a PowerPoint file.
    • For dates with multiple presenters who are presenting the same content/presentation, only one presenter needs to upload the presentation slides.
    • Presentations must be uploaded prior to the displayed due date.
    • Once your presentation has been uploaded, you will be able to make edits and reupload before the due date.
    • You will be notified by email if any changes must be made to your presentation to comply with the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education’s (ACPE) accreditation requirements.
    • Presentation upload

A Begin button indicates the task is incomplete, and an Update button indicates the task has been completed.

Peer Reviews

Peer review forms are no longer required for all presentations. Our office will review your submitted slides and assign one of your presentation advisors to review the material if deemed necessary. If a peer review is assigned, the advisor and presenter will be notified by email.

Claiming Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit

Prerequisite: You must have an active profile in CloudCME. See Establishing a CloudCME Account and Profile.

Presenters: Presenters are required to claim attendance to receive continuing pharmacy education credit, but they are exempt from the activity evaluation.

RSS Coordinators (Owners) & Attendees: For RSS coordinators (owners) and attendees, completion of both components (claiming attendance and completing the activity evaluation) is required to earn continuing pharmacy education credit.

Attendance must be claimed within 72 hours of the presentation end. After 72 hours, the activity code used to claim attendance will expire.

To ensure feedback is provided to presenters in a timely manner, the activity evaluation must be completed within 7 days of the presentation end.

Presentation Feedback

After 7 days from your presentation end time, you will be provided your feedback dashboard via email. Charts will display along with corresponding tabular data below the chart.

If you have not received your presentation feedback after 10 days, please contact our office.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why can’t I see my assigned tasks?

Be sure you are logging in to the correct CloudCME site. The Office of Continuing Medical Education operates a separate CloudCME instance, which often appears first in Google search results. Assigned tasks are available only through our version of CloudCME. Please log in at https://ufcpe.cloud-cme.com/ to view your tasks.
