Collaborative Practice Agreement Certificate
This program will prepare pharmacists to enter into a written collaborative practice agreement (CPA) with a supervising physician in accordance with Florida law. Our next live via Zoom session will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023.

APhA Pharmacy-Based Test and Treat Program
This program is a practice-based curriculum based on national educational standards that prepares pharmacists to provide point-of-care testing (POCT) and diagnostic services for minor, nonchronic health conditions that can be managed with minimal treatment or self-care. Save the date for February 18, 2023.

We are happy to announce a new partnership that will utilize both the college of pharmacy’s and APhA’s expertise to offer one of the first national test-and-treat certificate programs.
Pharmacy-based Test and Treat Certificate Training Program
Announcing New APhA and UF Partnership
The Pharmacy-based Test and Treat Certificate Training Program will help expand a pharmacist's ability to provide on-the-spot testing services through their local pharmacy. Pharmacists will be able to initiate therapy for influenza, strep throat, urinary tract infections and other minor, noncomplicated health conditions in accordance with their state practice acts. This expansion of pharmacy-led services will significantly improve patients’ access to care.

Consultant Pharmacy
CONSULTANT PHARMACIST CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
Consultant Pharmacy: Initial Licensure
This self-paced, fully online program is intended for pharmacists seeking to become Florida licensed consultant pharmacists. This course will provide insight into regulatory requirements and clinical knowledge necessary to practice as a consultant pharmacist in the state of Florida.
