This program includes an overview of the marketplace for delivering MTM services, guidance for implementing MTM services in pharmacy practice, a review of the essential skills and knowledge needed for performing MTM successfully, and an organized process for identifying medication-related problems.

This practice-based curriculum is based on national educational standards that prepare pharmacists to provide point-of-care testing (POCT) and diagnostic services for minor, nonchronic health conditions that can be managed with minimal treatment or self-care. 

This certificate training program will prepare pharmacists with comprehensive knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to provide immunization services to patients across the life span.

This program meets the requirements outlined in Section 465.1865, Florida Statutes for pharmacists who wish to enter into a collaborative practice agreement with a supervising physician in the State of Florida.

This program will identify the role of the pharmacist in ambulatory care settings, explore the importance of incorporating evidence-based practice into patient care, and review the treatment and management of various health conditions managed in the ambulatory care setting.

This program seeks to meet the requirements outlined in the Medication Access and Training Expansion (MATE) Act to provide training on the treatment and management of patients with opioid or other substance abuse disorders.

This certificate training program is designed as a resource to help prepare the pharmacist to apply the knowledge of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of medications in older adults to optimize therapeutic outcomes. It is also designed to serve as a starting point to help the pharmacist prepare for the Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacy (BCACP) exam.
