This supply kit add-on is available to support the APhA Pharmacy-Based Test and Treat Certificate Training Program. The supplies included in the kit are required to complete the diagnostic testing assessment portion of the program.

If you already have access to the required supplies listed below, you are not required to order the supply kit. The recommended supply list includes additional materials to account for potential errors during the assessment process.

Please note that supply kits will only be shipped to confirmed program attendees. Kits are provided free of charge and will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day delivery (estimated delivery within 2 business days after the shipping date). Orders may not be shipped on the same day they are placed. Supply kits are typically prepared and shipped in batches within one week of the program’s live session.
