Summary
This program will provide attendees with an update on the treatment of H. pylori from the 2024 guidelines. In addition, learners will receive updated information on the newest class of medications being utilized in H. pylori treatment regimens.
This course is approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy for 1.0 live general hours to meet pharmacist renewal requirements outlined in Rule 64B16-26.103.
Objectives
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
- Describe the importance of H. pylori eradication.
- Review the 2024 H. pylori guidelines published by the American College of Gastroenterology.
- Discuss the newest class of medications used in H. pylori treatment regimens.
Requirements for Successful Course Completion
In order to earn credit for this course, participants must attend the webinar live. Additionally, within 15 days of attending the webinar, participants must complete a course evaluation form.
Continuing Pharmacy Education Requirements
Pharmacy continuing education credit will be earned based on completion of this activity. To receive continuing education credit, your completion must be verified, and a program evaluation must be completed and submitted at the end of the program. Credit will be issued through the CPE Monitor and CE Broker websites.
Florida pharmacist (or Florida consultant pharmacist) numbers, NABP e-Profile ID numbers and participant’s Month and Day of Birth are required for credit issuance. UF CPE is not responsible for unissued education credits where the required information is either omitted or submitted incorrectly. UF CPE will contact registrants once by email to attempt to obtain missing or invalid information.
