Summary
This program will provide the learner with a foundation for importance of providing effective feedback while overcoming barriers to delivery. Several feedback techniques will be discussed and practiced. Goals for effective feedback sessions will be defined.
This course is approved by the Florida Board of Pharmacy for 1.0 live general hours to meet pharmacist renewal requirements outlined in Rule 64B16-26.103.
Objectives
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
- Discuss the importance of providing effective feedback.
- Describe potential barriers and solutions to feedback delivery.
- Examine several effective feedback techniques.
- Define goals for effective feedback sessions.
Requirements for Successful Course Completion
In order to earn credit for this course, participants must attend the webinar live. Additionally, within 15 days of attending the webinar, participants must complete a course evaluation form.
