Skills Training and Assessment
Submit the APhA Injection Technique Assessment form in the APhA LMS and email the University of Florida College of Pharmacy Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education at cesupport@ahc.ufl.edu within 30 days of the live seminar to have the form evaluated.
