Implementing Pharmacogenomics into Clinical Practice
This course is designed to equip the pharmacist with the knowledge necessary to implement pharmacogenomics into clinical practice in a variety of settings. Upon completion learners will be able to utilize pharmacogenomics resources, apply pharmacogenomics to clinical care, and implement pharmacogenomics in diverse clinical settings.

Ambulatory Care Certificate Program
This program identifies the role of the pharmacist in ambulatory care settings, explores the importance of incorporating evidence-based practice into patient care, and reviews the treatment and management of various health conditions managed in the ambulatory care setting.

20.0 GENERAL HOURS – SELF-PACED AND FULLY ONLINE
APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Program
This practice-based curriculum represents a fusion of science and clinical pharmacy. The program will prepare pharmacists with comprehensive knowledge, skills and resources necessary to provide immunization services to patients across the life span.

20.0 GENERAL HOURS – SELF-PACED AND FULLY ONLINE
Collaborative Practice Agreement Certificate Program
This program will prepare pharmacists to enter into a written collaborative practice agreement (CPA) with a supervising physician in accordance with Florida law.
